Visit Tenuta Sette Ponti

A journey into the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by our historic vineyards and a nature reserve well-preserved since the times of the Italian royal family. Tuscan traditions combine with those of a family that has lived at the estate, watching over the grapes cultivated here, since the 1950s. Our wine experiences include a tour of the vineyard and cellar, and finish with a guided tasting of our wines. All tastings are accompanied by focaccia and a small selection of cheese and salumi.

Tastings take place from Monday to Friday by reservation only.

** Every tastings is accompanied by focaccia and a small selection of cheeses and cured meats

**At the estate there is the possibility to buy our wines

Tucked away in a quiet and romantic corner of the Tenuta Sette Ponti estate, the kitchen of Villa Crognolo opens its doors for an intimate journey into Tuscan tradition. These cooking classes are a chance to slow down and connect with the region through its most beloved flavors. Each session highlights seasonal ingredients and the timeless simplicity of traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Guests spend the afternoon preparing a selection of dishes (always including handmade pasta and either a starter or a dessert) before setting the table and enjoying the results over a relaxed meal, accompanied by wines from the estate. It’s an experience of sharing, discovery, and the joy of cooking together in a warm, welcoming setting, that lasts around four hours.

Cooking classes are available Monday through Friday, starting from 3 p.m., and must be booked in advance. The experience is designed for small groups, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants. The cost is €180 per person.

At first glance, wine and yoga may seem worlds apart, one a pleasure of the senses, the other a discipline of movement and breath. Yet both invite us to slow down, tune in, and fully experience the present moment. In wine tasting, we engage with color, aroma, and flavor, allowing each sip to ground us in the here and now, awakening the senses: sight, smell, and taste. In yoga, we become aware of the breath, the body, and the space we inhabit. They are two paths to the same destination: mindful enjoyment of life.

At Tenuta Sette Ponti, we bring these two worlds together in a unique experience designed to awaken both body and senses. Guests are guided through a 60-minute yoga session by a personal trainer, held either in the vineyards or in the serene setting of our winter garden, always surrounded by the breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Following the session, this cultivated awareness flows naturally into the wine tasting. With a quieted mind and awakened senses, guests are invited to explore the wines produced from the very vineyard they practiced in. Every glass becomes a continuation of the yoga, a sensory meditation grounded in place, tradition, and presence.

The experience costs €120 per person for small groups up to four people, and €100 per person for groups of four to eight, and must be booked in advance.
