Grisoglia

A fabulous Passito di Toscana. Made from clusters of Malvasia and Trebbiano left to dry in well-ventilated rooms, until Valentine’s Day, under Antonio Moretti Cuseri’s direction. About a week before pressing, the clusters present a variety of colors ranging from deep brown all the way to gold and pink. A remainder of the previous year’s passito, left in the bottom of the barrels, gives that persistent aroma of raisins, fruit cake, spice, and oak. Download the Technical Sheet.
